One-Column People Dataset for a List of Users

Theoretically, the simplest type of people dataset would have a single column of email addresses.

To give more people access, just add them to the people dataset. Similarly delete their entry to remove their access to all datasets using this people dataset.

Typically additional columns are needed so you can give access to different roles. See these examples:
