Set Up Sorted Views

To set up a view where entries are sorted:

1. Press MORE then Modify view
2. Select Filter & sort tab
3. Under “Sort” press Change sorting
4. Select the column you want entries sorted by

 

Initially columns are sorted in ascending order as shown by . Press and it will be sorted in descending order as shown by .

You can sort by multiple columns by pressing Change sorting to add more columns.

When sorting by multiple columns, entries are sorted in the same order of the columns.

In the example below, entries will

• First be sorted by “Total $K” in descending order
• Then if entries have equal value by “Year 1” in descending order
• Then if entries have equal value by “Year 2” in ascending order

 

After making your changes, press Save .
